Refund policy
Last updated: 1 March 2026. This policy applies to paid Nexusdevplatform programmes invoiced offline. This website does not process payments.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to programme fees you have paid under a confirmed invoice for Orientation Brief, Onboarding Studio seats, or Compliance Retainer periods, subject to the conditions below. Informational prices on the website are not themselves charges.
Timeframe
You may request a full refund within 14 days of invoice payment if you have not accessed self-paced modules and have not attended any live clinic or briefing for that purchase. Requests after that window are assessed under partial-refund or non-refundable rules.
Full refund conditions
A full refund is available when (a) the request arrives within 14 days of payment, (b) no module content or recording has been accessed, and (c) no live session seat was used. If Nexusdevplatform cancels a scheduled briefing and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within 30 days, you may choose a full refund of the cancelled session fee.
Partial refunds
If you cancel an Onboarding Studio seat after accessing modules but at least 10 days before your first scheduled clinic, we may refund 50% of the seat fee. Retainer fees already covering a commenced month are not prorated downward except at our discretion when we fail to deliver agreed office hours.
Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable: completed live briefings, facilitator time already delivered, third-party venue costs expressly itemised on an invoice, and custom template drafting performed at your request outside standard course packs.
Refund process
Email info@nexusdevplatform.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, programme name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within 10 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your institution. We do not issue cash refunds at the Fürth office.
Cancellation by participant
You may transfer a seat to a colleague in the same organisation up to 5 days before a clinic at no charge. Later transfers may incur an administrative fee of €60. Cancellations without transfer follow the refund rules above.
Exceptions
Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected. If mandatory law grants broader withdrawal rights for distance contracts applicable to your purchase, those rights prevail. Force majeure events that prevent delivery may lead to rescheduling or refund at our election after consultation with you.
